Annual Summary of Program Activities – SMCS 17 • We have enrolled 17 patients to date in the nationwide Breast Cancer Prevention Trial known as the STAR Trial, comparing tamoxifen and raloxifene for the prevention of breast cancer . • We are also participating in the nationwide Prostate Cancer Prevention . . .

Services now available include a Breast Health Nurse Consultant who leads patients from pre-surgery to long-term emotional and physical support during treatment and follow-up.
